Why did you start CrossFit?
I was oly lifting at 24 hour fitness, and my friend who was a coach at a CrossFit gym said my technique was really bad ๐, he said come try CrossFit and Iโll teach you how to oly lift.
How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I CrossFit 5-6 days per week.
What is your favorite movement?
My favorite is the Snatch.
What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer lifting heavy weights really fast for extended periods of time, so CrossFit ๐ช
What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I like to listen to anything to slaps.
What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
Not of myself, but I have noticed from others that sometimes the hour they spend in here starts affecting the other 23 hours of their day (in a positive way).
What do you do for a living?
I coach at the best CrossFit gym in town!
What do you like to do when youโre not working out at Straight Flush?

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
I like the very broad mixture of people we have here. That even though some have very different motives and overall goals, they get together here for an hour everyday and give it their all to improve themselves and that helps the person next to them do the same.
