CLASSES

Straight Flush CrossFit offers class times throughout the day so you can find a time that fits your schedule and get in a great workout.

Each CrossFit class is one hour and includes a coach-led warm-up, strength or skill work, and the workout of the day. Every class follows the same workout, and every movement can be modified to match your current fitness level.
