Why did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit to build endurance and strength for playing soccer.

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I do CrossFit 2-3 days per week and at the 4:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m, class time.

What is your favorite movement?
My favorite movements are Pull Ups and Push Presses.

What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer Muscle Ups, Handstand Push Ups, and Double Unders.

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I like to listen to any fast beat music when working out.

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I feel stronger and can run faster.

What do you do for a living?
I am a middle school student.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
When I’m not working out at SFCF, I play soccer. Sometimes I’ll go swimming and hang out with my friends.

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
I love the support support I’m getting from other members and coaches.
