In what year did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in 2008, but joined Straight Flush CF in 2016.

Why did you start CrossFit?
I started to get back in shape.

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I attend class 4 to 5 days per week at either the 9 am or 4:30 pm classes.

What is your favorite movement?
My favorite movements are Deadlifts & Back Squats.

What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer the Squat Snatch, HSPUs, Double Unders & BMUs.

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I like to listen to music with fast beats when I work out.

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I have noticed after some major surgeries, I’m able to recover and regain my strength.

What do you do for a living?
I’m retired.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I go out to eat, listen to music, and watch sports games.

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
I love the camaraderie and support for one another.
