2013
Why did you start CrossFit?
I wanted to try something more challenging.
How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I usually workout 5-6 times a week and I try to train with my community whenever I can!
What is your favorite movement?
I enjoy Cleans, T2B, and Burpees……and a good ole Bench Press ;)
What movement do you want to conquer?
I’m still trying to get better at Handstand Walks.
What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
If I’m lifting then Rap, but if it’s a MetCon some kind of Rock.
What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I would have to say it rekindled that feeling of when I first started CrossFit, having that family vibe with a tight nit community. That’s exactly what I got back when I joined Straight Flush.
What do you do for a living?
I am a Co-Owner of Straight Flush CrossFit
What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I like to spend time with my family.
What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
There’s a lot - but I love how supportive everyone is to one another, even if they’re not in the same class together they show love. That’s what true community is to me and also one of the things I’m most proud of with my SF familia!
