Why did you start CrossFit?
The homies! A.k.a. the Jarusiri’s and Kat. I needed a more sustainable routine after doing a bodybuilding comp 🥴

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I do CrossFit 3-5 days per week at 5 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.

What is your favorite movement?
Back and Front Squats are my favorite.

What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer Strict Pull Ups & the Snatch 😮‍💨

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
Anything that slaps👋

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I’ve gotten stronger! It has also allowed me to have a better relationship with food and my body.

What do you do for a living?
I’m a project designer 📐

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I love checking out new cafes, reading, eating out, or doing anything artsy or active.

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
I love the members and coaches!
