Around September 2020
Why did you start CrossFit?
My sister asked me to join her after she found out I was going to Orange Theory. She thought I would have benefit more with CrossFit.
How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I attend three to five morning classes usually, but varied lately.
What is your favorite movement?
Anything involving squats are my favorite.
What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer muscle ups, be able to hold onto more pull ups, wall walks, and anything the requires an inverted position.
What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I especially like Lost Frequencies, but a mix of hip hop, dance, and pop will do.
What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I am physically stronger and mentally courageous. I am not afraid to make attempts to execute then fail at times.
What do you do for a living?
I am a DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy
What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
When I’m not at Straight Flush I like to cook and read boring medical journals. I’m also a shopping addict.
What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
I love the great coaches the most!! Everyone is so encouraging! ❤️
