In what year did you start CrossFit?
2022

Why did you start CrossFit?
Having hypothyroidism for the past 5 years - I stopped working out which led to having various health conditions including severe body fat increase. I wanted to change my lifestyle routine to gain more muscle and strength to treat my autoimmune disorder!

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I am attending 2-3 classes to start out. I go to the 9 a.m. & 4:30p.m. classes.

What is your favorite movement?
I like the Back Squat.

What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer Pull Ups.

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I like to listen to EDM.

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I am more energetic, there are sleeping improvements, and lifestyle changes (such as better eating habits).

What do you do for a living?
I am a Mixologist/Bar Consultant.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I enjoy camping & trying out new foods.

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
The community is very supportive and motivating.
