Why did you start CrossFit?
I wanted to olympic lift and build muscle.
How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I attend class 3-4 days a weeks and class times change according to my work schedule.
What is your favorite movement?
I enjoy Clean and Jerks.
What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer the Squat Snatch.
What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I like to work out to anything that draws out the pain.
What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I have noticed that I am physically stronger. My hips aren’t as tight, I can hit squat depth, and I have more ankle mobility. I am also mentally stronger, I sleep better, and I’m way more positive.
What do you do for a living?
I am a Pastry Chef
What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I enjoy baking, creating, building my side business, hanging out with friends, and catching up on shows.
What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
Everyone is so supportive and understanding! Everyone wants to help and has a great attitude. It doesn’t matter your level of fitness, everyone wants to workout.
