Why did you start CrossFit?
I wanted a challenging workout with a supportive group atmosphere.
How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
3 classes per week, but working towards more.I usually attend the 6:30pm class.
What is your favorite movement?
I like deadlifts.
What movement do you want to conquer?
I would like to learn butterfly pull-ups and muscle ups.
What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I enjoy 90’s hip-hop or house music.
What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
Straight Flush has been humbling in the sense that everyone pushes hard in class and I’m lucky to finish in the time cap. It is the type of environment that I need to push myself. Everyone has been super welcoming and supportive!
What do you do for a living?
I am a nurse practitioner.
What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I like to play golf!
What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
The support, the push, and the drive that comes from the coaches and members.
