2017

Why did you start CrossFit?
To one day beat Brett at bench press or 500 m row.

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
5-6 days per week for the best class, 5 a.m.

What is your favorite movement?
For MetCons: Anything gymnasty with a heavy barbell. Oly lifts: Clean (yes, that means squat).

What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer Handstand Walks and Triple-Unders

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I like to listen to Rock, but PR’s need Shania Twain!

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I’ve learned that CrossFit is 80% mental and 40% physical!

What do you do for a living?
I’m a financial advisor.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
Spend time with my family, playing golf, hunting, or almost anything outdoors.

What do you love the most about the Straight Flush community?
I enjoy competing with athletes of every skill level on a daily basis.
