In what year did you start CrossFit?
2018

Why did you start CrossFit?
I was introduced to CrossFit by my cousin, Blade. I instantly loved that accomplished feeling immediately after a grueling MetCon.

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I strive for at least three times a week, but I'm lucky if I can get to two classes. My normal class time is whatever my schedule allows.

What is your favorite movement?
I love Oly lifts — one lift and you're done. I can definitely do that.

What movement do you want to conquer?
It would be real handy to master all the Concept2 machines.

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
Booty twerking music, reggaeton, 2000s pop punk, karaoke jams — as long as I can groove to it, I'm good!

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I don't give up without a fight any more. I have learned that I can handle more than I think I can. I see everything to the end now. I will never quit until I get what I’ve set my mind to.

What do you do for a living?
I am a UNLV Intern and will eventually become a Clinical Dietitian! (But you can catch me at Yard House serving until then!)

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I love cooking and feeding my loved ones. This is my love language — FOOD!

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
The SFCF family is so supportive. The community has facilitated an environment that everyone and anyone can grow as long as they put in the work. This group never lets up; it always holds each person up to the highest standard — and I wouldn't want it any other way. I love the person I have become since joining Straight Flush!
