In what year did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in 2015.

Why did you start CrossFit?
I walked into a box and was amazed by certain movements I saw athletes doing and knew this was something I wanted to do. I wanted to workout with people instead of going to the boring gym.

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
My favorite time to work out is at the 9 a.m. and noon classes. I usually go 5 days a week, including weekends.

What is your favorite movement?
I like movements that don’t require weights.

What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer HSPU, Double Unders, Bar Muscle Ups, Ring Muscle Ups, and Handstand Walks.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I enjoy the outdoors and traveling.

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
What I love most about the community is walking in and seeing friendly faces.
