In what year did you start CrossFit?
2016

Why did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit to get back into shape. It’s not good if you get winded tying your shoes and have to take a nap when you’re done.

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
4-5 times a week I try to partake in the pain sessions. In the beginning my class was 5 a.m. But switched it up to 5:30 p.m.

What is your favorite movement?
The Clean was my favorite movement at first. But now I also like the Snatch.

What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer Muscle Ups

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I’ll listen to any kind of music, but nothing too slow.

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I have a higher drive to do better - whether it is at the gym, work, or at home.

What do you do for a living?
I am a new home builder, superintendent.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I like to spend time with my wife, kids, and the dogs. Also making improvements on the home or vehicles.

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
I love that someone is always there to cheer you on or pick you up when you’re down. Everyone is there to make sure you succeed.
