Why did you start CrossFit?
Originally, I wanted to add weights to my work out schedule a few times a week because my workouts at the time were cardio heavy. But I ended up loving the variations of the workouts at CrossFit and ditched my old workout schedule and moved to CrossFit as my primary workout!

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
4-5 days a week. Noon is my usual class time, but you can also catch me at 6 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. from time to time.

What is your favorite movement?
Cleans or wall walks.

What movement do you want to conquer?
Bar muscle ups - but it will be at least 6+ months until I can try these again!

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
Anything with words!

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
I'm stronger!

What do you do for a living?
I work for an advertising agency.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I play tennis a few times a week. I also enjoy traveling and hanging at home with my poods!

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
The people. Everyone is very encouraging and friendly!
