Why did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit to get fit and healthy.

How many days per week do you CrossFit and what is your normal class time?
I do CrossFit 4-5 times per week at 9 a.m.

What is your favorite movement?
My favorites are Dead Lifts and Back Squats.

What movement do you want to conquer?
I want to conquer Pull-Ups.

What kind of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
I like to listen to Hip-Hop when I work out.

What kind of changes have you noticed since joining Straight Flush?
My body has transformed so much. I have lost fat, toned up, and built muscle.

What do you do for a living?
I am a Food Runner at Hell’s Kitchen.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Straight Flush?
I like to hang out with family and friends, I’m a photograpgher, go dancing, and enjoy good food.

What do you love most about the Straight Flush community?
I love the people.
