Straight Flush CrossFit is a coach-led strength and conditioning gym in Southwest Las Vegas. If you’re new to CrossFit, returning after time away, or just unsure where to begin, this page is for you.
You do not need to be “in shape” before you start. Our coaches will help you learn how classes work, move safely, and modify workouts to match your current fitness level.
what to expect in class
Every class is coach-led from start to finish. You’ll be guided through the warm-up, movement instruction, workout strategy, and modifications before the workout begins.
Classes typically include a mix of strength training, skill work, conditioning, and functional movements like lifting, squatting, rowing, biking, running, jumping, and bodyweight exercises.
The goal is not to do everything perfectly on day one. The goal is to show up, learn, and build momentum.
Every Workout Can Be Modified
CrossFit workouts are designed around a specific stimulus, but that does not mean every athlete uses the same weight, reps, or movements.
Our coaches help modify workouts based on your current fitness level, experience, mobility, and comfort. You’ll still train alongside the class, but with the version that makes sense for you.
